The company owns commercial office and retailing properties in the central business districts, including the areas around Hamngatan, Norrmalmstorg, Biblioteksgatan, Kungsgatan and the Central Station in Stockholm, and within Vallgraven and in Östra Nordstan in Gothenburg. Hufvudstaden is one of the most specialised and geographically concentrated property companies in Sweden.
