Hufvudstaden is one of Sweden's most specialised property companies. The property holdings are entirely commercial and comprise mainly office and retailing properties in the most central parts of Stockholm and Gothenburg. As of December 31, 2009, Hufvudstaden owned 29 properties with rental space of approximately 354,000 square metres and annual rent revenue of approximately SEK 1.3 billion.
