The President and senior executives are covered by a bonus programme which is based on result, customer satisfaction and a personal assessment. The bonus for 2010 is subject to a maximum of SEK 500,000 for the President and SEK 250,000 for each of the senior executives.
For permanent employees there is a bonus programme based on result and customer satisfaction. For managers with personnel responsibility there is also a personal assessment. The bonus for 2010 is maximized to one month's salary for managers with personnel responsibility and for other employees half a month's salary, although subject to a minimum of SEK 15,000.
The bonus programmes are subject to a decision by the Board, valid for one year on each occasion. Should the company report a loss, no bonus is payable. The bonus is not pensionable.
The company has no share price-related incentive systems
