Continued development of environmentally adapted development and co-operation within MilaB
The database MilaB – Miljöbedömning av Byggvaror – has contributed to creating the conditions for the whole construction industry to further reduce the environmental impact of construction. This database is the result of active collaboration between a number of major contractors who are responsible for a large proportion of the construction in Sweden. Hufvudstaden's active involvement means continued co-operation and ongoing development.

Continued improvement in waste handling efficiency
Waste handling efficiency has been improved even further.

Reduce energy use by three per cent
Total energy consumption has been reduced by three per cent by improving the efficiency of the properties.
