Stockholm City West Business Area

The Stockholm City West Business Area comprises properties in the area to the west and south of Hötorget and on Regeringsgatan, as well as the NK department stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Each property has a manager and a property technician. The manager has primary responsibility to the customers. The business area also includes an operations and maintenance manager.

The running of the NK department stores is based on close co-operation between the property owner and the business proprietors, where co-operation is concretized through marketing plans formulated jointly. Each NK department store has a local organization with a store manager responsible for day-to-day operations.

The subsidiary Parkaden AB is responsible for parking operations in two properties owned by Hufvudstaden. The garages are Parkaden and Continentalgaraget.
