Organizational structure
Hufvudstaden's business idea states that in premises in central Stockholm and central Gothenburg we should offer successful companies high-quality office and retailing premises in attractive marketplaces. This means that in our operations we must focus firmly on the customer and the needs of the customer. Our organization is built up in such a way that we offer short lines of communication, clear contact points between our customers and us and a good overall view of our customers' service requirements. The organization is made up of small management units with our own resources for day-to-day operation and maintenance.
Operations are organized into three business areas:
Stockholm City East, Stockholm City West and Gothenburg, as well as three support functions – Accounting/Finance, Property Development and Human Resources.
